Aloha! The 11th Annual Seattle Slack Key Festival sponsored by Hawaiian Airlines features many of Hawai'i's Master Musicians including: Ledward Kaapana, Jerry Santos, Jeff Peterson, Philip Pahinui, Kunia Galdeira, Sonny Lim, Kamuela Kimokea with Hi'ikua, John Keawe, Patrick Landeza, and more... Emcee Braddah Gomes and Hula Halau Pulamahiaikelikolehua add to this fantastic line-up.  We'll also enjoy Hawai'i's tropical flowers and prize drawings.

The show is at Highline  Performing Arts Center November 10th, from 1:00 to 6:00pm.  Doors open at 12:00pm. Seating at 1:00pm

Stephen "Braddah" Gomes


Stephen “Braddah” Gomes is a DJ and radio personality. He hosts Hawai’i Radio Connection, the Puget Sound’s only Hawai’i-based weekly radio program on AM 1540 KXPA, which features Hawaiian music, Northwest Hawaiian community information, and news and sports from Hawai’i. Stephen was born and raised on Kaua’i, but  eventually made it to the Pacific Northwest after his college years in San Francisco and a work stint on O’ahu.  He received his nickname “Braddah” from Cousin Clarice, his co-host on the old Music of Hawai’i Radio Show. Braddah is married to Denise Gomes and is helping her raise their large extended family. The two things that are most important in his life are  ‘ohana and the love of his Hawaiian home.
